Kalacrum Systems runs kalacrum.com. This policy covers the public website and the forms on it.
What you share through our forms
- Connect form (founders, mentors, partners and general questions): your name, email, mobile number, your message and, if you add one, a link to your work.
- Career applications: your name, email, mobile number, a link to your work and your message.
- Event registrations: your name, email, mobile number, organisation, role, how you plan to attend, why you want to join and any accessibility needs you tell us about.
- Student ambassador applications: your name, email, mobile number, education level, institution, Instagram handle, your campus plan and a photo or PDF of your student ID.
We use these details to review your request, reply to you and run the programme or event you applied for. Only authorised members of the Kalacrum team can see them. Student IDs are used only to check eligibility, are stored privately and are never shown publicly.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is sent to Meta.
When you accept, Meta receives information about your visit: the pages you view, your browser and device, your IP address and a cookie that recognises your browser (_fbp). When you send one of our forms, we tell Meta which kind of form it was, for example a mentorship enquiry or an event registration. The pixel may also read the email address and phone number you type into a form, scramble them in your browser (hashing) and send the scrambled version so Meta can match your visit to a Meta account.
We use this to measure how our ads perform, to show Kalacrum ads to people who have visited our site, and to reach people with similar interests. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time: . Declining after you have accepted stops the pixel and removes Meta's cookies from this site. The public site does not use any other advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that host and protect our website, and with Meta as described above if you accept cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to handle your request and run the programme you applied for. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have shared with us. Contact us and include your reference code if you have one.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
