03When you say you will do something, you make the next move.

05

Questions

Before
you apply.

Who can apply?

Students in Class 11 or 12 from any stream—Science, Management or Humanities. Bachelor's and university students can also apply.

Do I need followers or a past ambassador role?

No. We look for students who notice what peers need, make others feel included and follow through. Audience size does not matter.

What happens in a founder session?

It is a private, scheduled office hour with a founder or business leader from the Kalacrum network. Ask about starting projects, choosing a path, or how companies hire.

Are internships guaranteed?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Projects, gigs and internships are shared with ambassadors first; each team makes its own choice about who it works with.

What does the application ask for?

Three short steps: your profile, one idea for your campus, and a student ID check at the end. Every application is read by a person.
